• CustomTagStory.com is fully owned by Jobreeze LLC incorporated in Virginia. By accessing and/or using the CustomTagStory Platform/website, you agree to be bound by this Terms of Use Agreement (the "Terms" or "Agreement"), including our Privacy Policy it is important that you read this Agreement and these policies and procedures carefully before you create an account.
• We reserve the right to modify, amend, or change the Terms at any time. Notice of any material change will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. In certain circumstances, we may notify you of a change to the Terms via email or other means; however, you are responsible for regularly checking this page for any changes. Your continued access or use of our Services constitutes your ongoing consent to any changes, and as a result, you will be legally bound by the updated Terms. If you do not accept a change to the Terms, you must stop accessing or using our Services immediately.
• All references to “you” or “your” shall mean you, the individual accessing this site. You are permitted to use our Site and its content only for non-commercial purposes.
• By creating an account on CustomTagStory site and submitting your Story, you are requesting and authorizing us to make available the Story to anyone who visits the site. Please note that we reserve the right to show advertisements from our Ad partners (for example but not limited to Google Ads) on any pages on the site. This is applicable for all subscriber plans unless the plan specifically excludes any advertising. CustomTagStory (Jobreeze LLC) is not responsible for and does not endorse any products or services that may be offered by third-party websites or resources. You can always upgrade to a premium plan that avoids advertisements on your story page.
• You affirm that the tag you are submitting a story for is registered by you. Creating a story for someone else's vehicle tag is NOT allowed. You should refrain from using objectionable material in your story - that will be removed as well as grounds for your removal from the site permanently.
• No one will have access to your contact information (name, Email Id, address) from our database. CustomTagStory may show de-identified aggregate statistics to other parties (but no individual contact information will be shown to these third parties unless specifically approved)
• YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU INDEMNIFY US AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OTHERS VIEWING OF YOUR STORY.
• CustomTagStory (owned by Jobreeze LLC) only provides a platform that enables exchange of information.
• JOBREEZE LLC PROVIDES OUR SERVICES ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRANTS NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE WITH RESPECT TO OUR SERVICES. JOBREEZE ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CONTENT THAT YOU POST NOR DOES JOBREEZE ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE IDENTITY, INTENTIONS, LEGITIMACY, OR VERACITY OF ANY ONE WITH WHOM YOU MAY COMMUNICATE WITH THROUGH JOBREEZE. USE OF OUR SERVICES IS ACCESSED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.
• This Agreement and any dispute arising out our services on the CustomTagStory Site will be governed by and under the laws of the State of Virginia, United States of America.
• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL JOBREEZE, ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, FIXED, OR ENHANCED DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES, (II) THE CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY USERS OR EMPLOYERS/HIRING MANAGERS IN CONNECTION WITH OUR SERVICES; OR (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT.

Privacy Policy

• For our subscribers, we do not provide your Email Id, address or Name to anyone until you specifically approve it. However, your Story, Tag number and Tag State is published for everyone to see.
• We do not provide your contact information to any third party sites or vendors - unless specifically allowed by you. We also avoid using any persistent cookies (once you logout, the session cookies are cleared) on the site but certain ads that show up on screen may use cookies governed by their respective privacy policies (for example Google ads are governed by Google's privacy policy).
